| ASMP Mentor Program
Based on programs initiated by other ASMP chapters
around the country ASMP-MSP has established a mentoring program
for ASMP members.
We have put together a group of experienced
photographers who have graciously agreed to answer emailed questions
regarding techniques, problems, and the business of photography.
This valuable service will only be available to ASMP members, another
reason to join!
Here are the ground rules:
1) You must be an ASMP
member to e-mail a question. Please provide your membership number
in the e-mail.
2) You must only contact them
though the Mentor through their ASMP e-mail address only unless
permission is granted directly by the mentor to do otherwise.
3) Only send in one question
at a time.
4) Please include a subject
in the subject line of the e-mail.
5) Do not ask the same question
to all of the mentors in a blanket e-mail.
6) Try to be specific and as
clear as possible in your questions.
7) Please avoid question too
large to be completely answered: i.e. how do I get published in
a magazine?
Please keep in mind that the mentors have agreed
to do this gratis. Therefore, please keep it respectful and understanding
if it takes a while to get a response.
We are very proud and grateful that the accomplished
photographers on our panel have agreed to participate in this program.
